Directions

Street address – 49th Floor, Scotia Plaza, 40 King Street West, Toronto (Scotia Plaza on Google Maps)

Parking – There is parking under Scotia Plaza. Enter from Adelaide Street, east of Bay.

Subway – Take Subway to King Street Station. Follow underground “PATH” to Scotia Plaza (you will be located on concourse level). Take elevators from the concourse level to 49th floor.

Elevator – Take the elevator bank marked “Floors 41-53” from the Concourse Level (one below street level) to the 49th floor. Please note Scotia Plaza has installed a new elevator system whereby there are touchpads as you enter the elevator waiting area on each side. (There are no buttons inside the elevator.) Select the illuminated circle then ’49’ on the keypad, which will then direct you to the correct elevator, i.e. B1, B2, etc. (You will see ’49’ illuminated on the frame of the elevator doors.)

For after-hours appointments or if you have any issues accessing the elevators, simply call us or visit the security desk on the main/street level. We will be pleased to come down and escort you up to the 49th floor.
